"الطيران المدني".. مايو أكثر الشهور تسجيلًا لشكاوى المسافرين من الناقلات الجوية والمطارات في عام 2025
سجّل شهر مايو 2025 أعلى عدد من شكاوى المسافرين وفقًا للتقرير الشهري الصادر عن الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني في السعودية، حيث بلغ عدد الشكاوى المقدمة ضد شركات الطيران والمطارات 1,342 شكوى، بزيادة تقارب 6٪ عن شهر أبريل الذي سجّل 1,267 شكوى، بينما كان مارس هو الشهر الأقل شكاوى بعدد 965 فقط. وتُعزى هذه الزيادة في مايو إلى ضغط موسم الإجازات المدرسية وبدا...
